10 Weeks Old! :)

Charli is ten weeks old yesterday! How crazy is that? Time flies so quickly. It's been an amazing and crazy ten weeks, that's for sure.
Charli has been such a blessing for us, the miracle of having a child is indescribable. She has brought us closer to our Heavenly Father, and strengthened our testimonies so much since she's joined us. She is an amazing little child, and she is growing and learning so fast! She has started laughing and smiling very consistently, and she has started grasping and grabbing at things and putting them in her mouth once she gets them. It is so amazing how quickly babies learn! Just 9 weeks ago she was just a flailer, and now to see her learning so quickly is...so...wonderful. It makes me look forward to the coming months (and years!) with anticipation and excitement. I can't wait to see her grow into a wonderful young lady.
She has brought Sam and I closer together in our marriage, and our appreciation for one another. He works so hard to take care of his women! :) She has made us love each other so much more, and we have grown into a loving family these past 10 weeks.

Sam and I signed up for an institute class at the Anchorage Institute. For those of you who don't know what institute is, it's an LDS Religion "college" of sorts. Allaround the country they align their course schedule with the schedules of hundreds of colleges so college age adults (single or married) can take courses and learn with people their own age.
Well Sam and I signed up for Sister Green's class on "The Gospel and the Productive Life" every Tuesday, and we went to our first lesson yesterday evening. It was so great! The spirit was there so strongly. We learned about prayer, and Heavenly Father's answers to our prayers. It was so spiritual, and I can't wait to go again next week. (Thanks Tammy for babysitting! We love you!)
Afterwards Sam and I got a little alone time, and we went out to eat at Twin Dragon, our favorite Mongolian Barbecue! We had an amazing time. Then we came home and got to spend time with Charli on her 10th week birthday! Sam took this hilarious picture:
